This Rfsq Is An Invitation By The Aglc To Prospective Respondents To Qualify For Eligibility To Provide Services Related To Contingent Labour Agency Of Record As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfsq Particulars (Appendix C) (The “Deliverables”).To Ensure Timely Delivery And Faster Response To Changing Needs, The Aglc Seeks Two Organizations With A Dedicated Staffing Complement Capable Of Providing Qualified Resources Who Can Work Both Remotely And Onsite At Aglc Offices As Required.The Selected Respondents Shall Provide Qualified Contingent Resources As Required. A Dedicated Account Manager Shall Be Assigned To Serve As The Aglc’S Primary Point Of Contact With The Selected Respondents.Resellers, Recruitment Agencies, And Employment Agencies Will Not Be Considered. The Selected Respondents Shall Ensure Adequate Resourcing For A Projected Average Of 16–22 Concurrent Projects Annually Through 2028/2029 By Supplementing The Existing Workforce With Contingent Resources, Providing Flexibility To Respond To Shifting Priorities And Maintain Timely Delivery Of Corporate Projects.The Selected Respondents Shall Provide:•Qualified Resources Across All Required Roles;•Flexibility To Scale Resources Quickly;•Proven Experience In Similar Corporate Project Environments;•Strong Governance, Reporting, And Communication Practices;•Capability To Support Both Remote And Onsite Work; And•Commitment To Resource Accountability And Continuity.
