Hämeenlinna Citys Urban Construction Industry Is Requesting Your Offer For The Paving Contract For City-Maintained Streets, Light Traffic Lanes, Roads, Courtyards And Markets Located In The Hämeenlinna City Area, According To The Tender Documents. The Nature Of The Contract Is A Unit Price Contract. The Competition Has Not Been Divided Into Sub-Units. The One Contract Partner Model Lightens The Administrative Burden And Improves The Customers Quality Control And Operational Efficiency. The Selection Criteria For The Competition Is Overall Economic Affordability. The Basis Of Comparison Is The Cheapest Price. This Is A Procurement That Exceeds The National Threshold Value, With An Expected Value Of 4 Million Euros. The Contract Period Will Enter Into Force At The Earliest After The Procurement Decision Becomes Legally Binding Or After The Market Court Has Issued An Implementation Permit For The Procurement And The Contracting Parties Have Signed A Written Procurement Contract. The Contract Period Is Temporary And Ends On 31 December 2026. The Contract Includes Options To Extend The Contract Period By 1+2 Years As Additional Acquisition Opportunities. The Customer Decides To Use The First Option By November 1, 2026, And The Second Option By November 1, 2027. The First Option Applies To The Contract Period 2027 And The Second Option To The Contract Periods 2028 And 2029. The Contract Ends No Later Than 31 December 2029. Regardless Of The Time Limit, The Termination Period Of The Contract For Both Parties Is Four (4) Months. The Offeror Does Not Have The Right To Set His Own Conditions In His Offer. The Quantities Presented In The Tender Documents Are Estimates And Do Not Bind The Procurement Entity In Any Way. The Contract Also Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Procurement Unit Does Not Accept Partial Offers, Parallel Offers Or Alternative Offers. Tenders That Are Contrary To The Request For Tenders, Delivered Late Or Otherwise Substantially Incorrect Will Be Excluded From The Procurement Procedure. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Check The Information Provided By The Bidder In The Tender Documents Before Making The Procurement Decision. If The Given Information Is Not Correct, The Offer Will Be Rejected. The Estimated Amount Of Work In 2026 Is 10,000 Tons. The Workload And Volume Estimates Mentioned In The Contract Documents Are Not Binding On The Customer, And The Contract Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation.
