Tenders Are Invited For Operational Control System Of Technical Services

The City Of Kotka (Procurement Unit, Customer) Is Requesting Bids For The Delivery Of An Enterprise Resource Planning System As A Saas Service (Software As A Service) In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Starting Point Of The Procurement Is A Ready-Made System To Be Delivered As A User Service, Fully In Production Use In All Aspects Required In The Request For Tender, The Implementation Of Which Does Not Require Customer-Specific Customization (So-Called Turn Key Solution) Other Than For Integrations. The Procurement Contract Is Concluded With One Bidder (Supplier). The Fixed-Term Contract Period Lasts Four (4) Years, After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Mutual Notice Period Of Six (6) Months, Unless The Customer Terminates The Contract To End At The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Period. Partial Offers Or Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed.
