The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area (Customer) Is Purchasing An Electronic Form System (Software Service) For The Administrative Forms Of Employees And Municipal Residents Of The Welfare Area. The Users Of The Software Service Are The Subscribers Employees And The Residents Of The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area. The Software Service Refers To A Saas Service With Monthly Charges, With Which The Subscriber Can Independently Implement Electronic Forms For Production. The Software Service Must Be Able To Integrate With The Systems / Services Specified By The Subscriber. The Software Service Must Enable The Use Of Different Authentication Methods. The Processing Of Forms Requires Its Own Workflows And Queues, As Well As The Related Handler And Approval Roles. The Software Service To Be Procured Is Intended To Replace The System Currently In Use By The Subscriber, Whose Use Ends On June 30, 2026. The Start Of Production Use Of The Acquired Software Service Is No Later Than June 13, 2026. The Goal Of The Procurement Is That The Electronic Forms Currently Used By The Subscriber (4 Pcs) Will Be In Use In The Acquired System By June 30, 2026. Around 12,000 Electronic Forms Have Been Filled In During The Year 2025. Strong Identification Is Used For Every Electronic Form In Use. The Customers Goal Is To Increase The Number Of Forms In Use During The Contract Period. The Procurement Aims At One (1) Long-Term Contract Partner For The Contract Period Valid Until Further Notice. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Volume Purchase Obligations During The Contract Period.
