The Object Of The Acquisition Is An Online Tool That Supports Language-Aware Pedagogy For The Children And Youth Services Sector Of The City Of Kerava For Early Childhood Education, Pre-Primary Education And Primary Education. The Purchase Is Made For Early Childhood Education In The City Of Kerava For Children Aged 1-5, A Total Of Approximately 1450 Children In 16 Kindergartens, 400 Children Aged 6 In Pre-School Education And Approximately 400 Children In Primary Education In Basic Education (Grades 1-2). The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Service Description. The Actual Contract Period Is Three (3) Years. The Acquisition Also Includes A Maximum Of Two (2) One (1) Year Option Years (+1+1) . The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is May 1, 2026. In The Competition, The Overall Economic Affordability Is Used As The Selection Criterion, Which Is Based On The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Bidder With The Highest Score For Price And Quality Will Be Selected As The Supplier. Making Parallel Bids Is Prohibited. If The Bidder Makes Parallel Bids, Only The Most Recently Received Bid Will Be Taken Into Account In The Bid Comparison. This Procurement Will Be Tendered On Behalf Of The City Of Kerava For The Use Of The Entire Kerava City Group And All The Citys Industries. The Contract Is Valid For Use By The Entire City Group, And Can Be Used By:- All Industries, Units And Business Establishments Of The City Of Kerava, As Well As- All Subsidiaries And Associated Entities And Foundations Belonging To The Kerava City Group. The Units And Entities Of The City Group Do Not Have Obligation To Use The Contract, But They Have The Right To Do So.
