Provision Of Procurement And Delivery Services Of Aggregate Materials May 1, 2026 - 30 April 2028, Framework Contract Tendering. The Subject Of The Request For Tender Is The Provision Of Procurement And Delivery Services Of Aggregate Materials To The Customer/Entities Acting As The Customer Under The Conditions Specified In This Request For Tender And Its Attached Material. As A Result Of The Competition, At Least (2) Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement (Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Meeting The Conditions Presented In The Request For Bids And Its Materials For Both The Bidder And The Bid) For The Contract Period, Which Begins With The Signing Of The Contract (However In May 2026 At The Earliest) And Ends On April 30, 2028. The Customers Are Mainly The Street And Environment Area Of Responsibility Of The City Of Lappeenrantas Urban Development Department And The Lappeenranta City Groups Work Consortium Formed By The City Of Lappeenrantas Urban Development Department And Lappeenrantan Energia Oy. Based On The Framework Agreement And Under Its Terms, Aggregate Materials And Their Delivery Services Are Also Entitled To Acquire Aggregate Materials And Their Delivery Services, As Needed, Also By The Parties Indicated In The Section Customers (Participating Entities). Aggregate Materials And Their Delivery Services Are Acquired During The Contract Period As Needed. Within The Framework Of The Annual Allocations Granted By The Lappeenranta City Council. In The Procurement Of Materials And Delivery Services, There Is No Commitment To Specific Procurement Quantities. The City Of Lappeenranta Reserves The Right To Request Separate Offers For Large One-Time Delivery Lots Or Otherwise For A Particularly Significant Work Site. The Framework Agreement Does Not Give The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement The Exclusive Right To Deliver The Aggregate Materials That Are The Subject Of Procurement. The City Of Lappeenranta Reserves The Right To Tender As A Separate Procurement The Aggregate Materials And Their Delivery Services Covered By The Framework Agreement. Partial Offers Are Accepted. However, The Tenderer Must Provide The Tender Price For All Delivery Areas (= Ta 1-13) For The Aggregate Material Offered For Delivery (E.G. Filling Sand). See Delivery Area Maps, Appendices 2-4. The Requested Aggregate Materials Are Listed In Appendix 1 (Price Offer Forms). Other Products Not Identified In Appendix 1 Can Also Be Offered. The Language Of The Procurement Is Finnish.
