Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of The Riihimäki City Theater Hotels Cooling System

The City Of Riihimäki (Hereinafter The Procurement Unit Or The Client) Is Requesting Bids For The Construction Of The Teatterihotels Cooling System In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Build A Cooling System Serving The Premises Of The Property. The Procurement Procedure Is An Open Procedure And One (1) Contractor Will Be Selected For The Contract On The Basis Of Tendering. The Construction Work Is Planned To Start In March–April 2026. A More Detailed Schedule Will Be Agreed Between The Customer And The Selected Contractor Before The Start Of The Contract Period. However, The Implementation Of The Cooling System Will Proceed In Stages So That In 5.–6. The Work On The Floors Will Be Completed Before June 2026. The Procurement Includes As An Option 3.–4. Implementation Of The Floor Cooling System. If The Subscriber Decides To Use The Option, 3.-4. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Work On The Floors Will Be Carried Out In September–October 2026. In This Procurement, The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For The Overall Economic Benefit. The Minimum Requirements Set For Quality In The Request For Tenders Enable Comparison Only In Terms Of Price. All Procurement Requirements Are Presented In The Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Prepared In Finnish. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities, And The Contract Does Not Constitute An Exclusive Right For The Service Provider To Carry Out The Procurement.
