The Processes Of The Public Areas Of The Environmental Department Of The City Of Kemi Are Asking For Your Offer For Roadway Painting For The Summer Seasons 2026 - 2028. The Contract Also Includes The Possibility Of One (1) Option Year. The Contract Includes All Work Related To Markings (Advance Markings, Measurement Work And Traffic Control). The Works Are Carried Out In The Areas Managed By The City Of Kemi. The Quantity Calculations In The Tender Form Are Estimates (Not Binding On The Customer) For Calculation Purposes. The Actual Amount Of Work And Work Items Are Agreed Upon In The Initial Inspection. Unit Prices Must Be Given Without Value Added Tax (Vat 0%). The Annual Contract Periods Are 1.6 - 31.8 And The Main Part Of The Work Is Done In June Each. The Basis Of Comparison Is The Cheapest Price. The Reference Price Is The Sum Of The Unit Prices. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Conclude An Agreement With The One (1) Operator That Submitted The Lowest Price. The Agreement Will Be Made Based On Jyse 2025. The Procurement Is Estimated To Exceed Section 25 Of The Procurement Act.
