This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information To Potential Bidders. The Publication Of The Announcement Does Not Start The Bidding Process. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Map The Market And Collect Information And Suppliers Comments For The Upcoming Competition. The Request For Information Does Not Ask For, And Does Not Give, Offers. Answering The Request For Information Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In A Subsequent Tender, And Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Tender. Object Of The Procurement: The City Of Mikkeli Will Tender For The Management Of School Transport On The Basis Of A Public Transport Permit Or A Taxi Permit For The Contract Period 1 January 2027-31 December 2028. The Contract Includes The Subscribers Options From 1 January 2029 To 31 December 2029 And 1 January 2030 To 31 December 2030. The Customer Decides Separately Whether To Use The Option Periods Included In The Purchase. The Customer Has The Right To Decide Not To Exercise His Option Right. The Tender That Is Being Prepared Is Open To Everyone Who Has The Right To Carry Out Purchase Traffic And Who Has Equipment Suitable For The Destination. In This Request For Information, The Purchase Traffic Of Charter Traffic Refers To Passenger Traffic Carried Out On The Basis Of A Public Transport Permit Or A Taxi Permit, Which Is Regular, The Management Of Which Is Based On The Contract For The Purchase Of Services Concluded With The City Of Mikkeli. The Procurement Is Planned To Be Divided Into Sub-Units Based On The Routes To Be Driven And It Comprises A Total Of Approximately 17 Objects. Bidders Can Submit A Bid For One Or More Sub-Assemblies And The Service Provider Can Be Selected As A Contract Supplier For One Or More Routes. The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement, Including The Option Periods, Is Estimated At 7,500,000 Euros (Vat 0%). The City Of Mikkeli Reserves The Right To Make Possible Route Changes And To Combine The Transportation Of Different Destinations, E.G. If Required By The Student Situation, Lesson Schedules Or School Network Changes Before The Contract And Also During The Contract Period. In The Appendix School Transport Guide, Mikkeli City, The Rules And Principles Of Organization Of School Transport In The City Of Mikkeli Are Presented. In The Appendix Vehicle Specifications By Object, The Equipment Requirements And Specifications Are Presented By Destination And Vehicle. The Estimates Of Driving Kilometers Presented In The Definition Are Destination-Specific Weekly Kilometers (Excl. Destinations 7 And 8, Where The Estimate Is Destination-Specific Daily Mileage) Including The Total Mileage Of All Cars. About The Procurement Contract: Based On The Competition, A Framework Arrangement Will Be Established, For Which A Maximum Of Three (3) Service Providers Will Be Selected Per Sub-Entity. Sub-Unit-Specific Services Are Purchased In Accordance With The Order Of Priority, So That The Purchase Is First Offered To The Service Provider With The Best Reference Points. If, For Some Reason, The Person Ranked First In The Order Of Priority Is Unable To Implement The Procurement Contract At Any Point During The Contract Period Or Option Period, The Procurement Will Be Offered To The Service Provider Ranked Second In The Order Of Priority. If The Second Ranked Bidder Is Also Unable To Implement The Procurement Contract, It Will Be Offered To The Third Ranked Bidder.
