The Offered Dental Materials, Tools, Reagents And Consumables (Referred To As Goods For Short) From All Separate Items Must Fully Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 Of The Public Procurement Documentation. Items Offered Must Be New, Unused, Non-Samples, Non-Recycled And Delivered In Original Packaging With Intact Integrity. Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification Does Not Contain Requirements Pointing To A Specific Manufacturer, Nor A Trademark Or Origin Characterizing The Items. In The Case Of An Indication By The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specification Of Standards, Models, Sources, Processes, Trademarks, Patents, Types, Origin Or Production, And/Or Equivalent Should Be Considered.
