Separately In Main And Alternative Offers, All, According To Bases, Otherwise, The Offer Will Be Declared Inadmissible. Likewise, If In A Process Simultaneous Offers Are Presented Regarding The Same Good Or Service Or Item Tendered By Companies Belonging To The Same Business Group Or Related To Each Other, According To Article 9 Of The Purchasing Law Provides, The Hospital Will Consider For The Purposes Of Evaluating The Tender Public Or Offered Item, Only The Most Convenient Offer From The Respective Suppliers Of The Same Group Business Or Related To Each Other, According To The Evaluation Criteria Established In The Bases.
