Part Of The Scope Of The Performance Is Also The Detailed Passport Processing Of Preserved Machines, Technological Equipment And Historical Equipment. The Resulting Outputs Will Serve As The Basis For The Project Documentation Of The Overall Reconstruction. The Wwtp Building Has Been Registered As A National Cultural Monument Since 20101. At The Same Time, It Is On The Unesco Indicative List And At The Same Time Represents An Anchor Point Within The Erih (European Route Of Industrial Heritage) System. At The Start Of The Procurement Procedure And For The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Sčov Facility Will Be Operated By Trade Center Praha A.S. As Part Of Its Operation, The Object Is Accessible To The Public And At The Same Time It Hosts Non-Public Events Or Is Used By Filmmakers. This May Affect Access To Wwtp Facilities. The Supplier Should Also Have Reflected These Connections Regarding The Operation Of The Wwtp When Designing Its Bid For The Procurement Procedure. The Client Is Interested In Using The Wastewater Treatment Plant As A Multifunctional Center For The General Public In The Future, While Preserving Its Character And In A Way That Ensures Its Long-Term Sustainability. Also For These Reasons, The Selected Supplier Will Have The Obligation To Continuously Cooperate Not Only With The Contracting Authority, But Also With Another Supplier Of The Conceptual Solution Proposal For The Long-Term Use Of Wwtp, In The Event That The Contracting Authority Entrusts A Specific Developer Of The Conceptual Solution, With Whom The Contracting Authority Will Have A Separate (Different) Contract. Regardless Of The Above, The Selected Supplier Will Fulfill And Be Responsible For The Obligations Under The Contract Directly To The Client, With Whom It Must Cooperate To The Maximum Extent.
