Software Development Services – Tools And Application Customization Services To Support Telework In The Field Of Public Administration With Ops Code 6016482. The Object Of The Project Is The Implementation Of Pilot Activities Related To Teleworking In Specific Bodies Of The Public Administration, Which Will Be Representative At The Level Of Responsibilities In The Hierarchy Of The Public Administration (Eg Ministry, Local Self-Government Body, Independent Authority, Etc.). In The Framework Of The Pilot Activities, Operational Scenarios To Support Teleworking Will Be Implemented In The Selected Agencies Using A Series Of Tools With The Aim Of: (A) The Application Of These Operational Scenarios With The Use Of Information Tools In The Normal Operation Of The Selected Agencies. (B) Highlighting These Scenarios As Repeatable Good Practices That Can Be Applied To All Public Administration Bodies, Using The Same And/Or Similar Information Tools As Those Used In The Pilot Application. (C) Selected Functionalities Such As, In Particular, The Recording Of The Human Effort Of Teleworking Executives Will Be Able To Be Universally Applied Based On The Results And Conclusions Of The Pilot Application. The Tools Whose Functionality Will Be Based On And Will Concern The Scenarios That Will Be Developed Belong To The Following Categories: (A) Collaboration Tools (B) Tools For Planning, Executing And Monitoring Projects, Work Assignments (C) Teleconferencing And Telecollaboration Environments (D) Specialized Virtual Work Environment Infrastructure (Vdi) Environments The Tools That Will Be Developed Will Be Available For Retrieval By The Operators Of Of Public Administration On A Specialized Website That Will Be Developed For This Purpose Within The Framework Of The Project.
