The Gheorghe Asachi Technical University Of Iaşi Proposes To Acquire Security And Protection Services For 13 Positions, To Cover Exclusively The Period Of Weekends And Public Holidays (24 Hours Out Of 24), But Also The Provision Of Night Security (Time Interval 22:00 - 06:00), By Signing A Contract With An Economic Operator, Services That Will Be Provided For A Period Of 24 Months From The Issuance Of The Order Of Starting The Service. Security Will Be Provided By Companies Specialized In The Security And Protection Service. They Must Be Established And Operate According To The Legislation In Force (Law 333/2003, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Gd 301/2012 For The Approval Of The Methodological Rules For The Application Of Law 333/2003, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions), Having As Their Object Of Activity The Protection Of Objectives, Goods Or Values, The Protection Of The Transport Of Goods And Important Values, Under Conditions Of Their Maximum Safety, As Well As Human Protection. The Purchase Of Security And Protection Services Is Required As A Result Of The Adoption Of Organizational Measures Aimed At Improving The Activity Of The Security Service Within The Gheorghe Asachi Technical University In Iasi. The Security Guard And Protection Service Will Be Purchased For 13 Positions, Which Will Cover Exclusively The Period Of Weekends And Public Holidays (24 Hours Out Of 24), But Also The Provision Of Night Security (Time Interval 22:00 – 06:00) For Objectives In The Student And University Campus Of The Gheorghe Asachi Technical University In Iași. The Guard Posts Will Be Fixed, Permanent, Unarmed. The Security Services Will Be Provided According To A Schedule Of 24/24 Hours 7 Days A Week For The Period Of Weekends And Legal Holidays And The Provision Of Night Security (Time Interval 22:00 - 06:00) For 365 Days A Year.
