The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Physical Protection Of Persons And Property By Specialized Armed Protective Formations To Units And Institutions Supplied By The 22Nd Military Economic Division In Olsztyn. 1) To Provide Security Services For Persons And Property In Parts No. 1, 2, 3 And 4, The Contractor Will Have To Have Security Employees Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees Or On The List Of Qualified Technical Security Employees Kept By The Commander-In-Chief Of The Police. The Requirement For Services To Be Provided By Security Personnel Included In The List Of Qualified Technical Security Employees Applies To Situations Where It Is Required To Install And Check The Correct Operation Of Signal Transmission Devices From The Alarm Systems Of The Complex/Facility To The Remote Monitoring Center Of The Contractor/Subcontractor, As Well As Constant Supervision Of Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In The Electronic Devices And Alarm Systems Of The Ocm. 2) Security Staff Assigned By The Contractor To Carry Out The Order Will Not Be Able To Have The Status Of Disabled Persons Or A Certified Degree Of Disability. 3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ All Security Personnel Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 22, § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, I.E. Under An Employment Contract. 4) The Ordering Party Allows Subcontracting In The Scope Of Services Provided By Intervention Groups And Remote Monitoring Center Services.
