Object 2 – Sewerage Network And Pumping Stations In The Locality Of Chiriacu • Sub-Object 2.1 Sewerage Network In The Locality Of Chiriacu Ltotal = 14,295.63 M; • Sub-Object 2.2 Waste Water Pumping Stations In Chiriacu Town (Spau-10 Units, Ltotal Discharge Pipe = 2,128,64 M. The Works Will Be Executed Simultaneously. The Value Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Reserve (Provisioned Amounts) According To Those Mentioned In Chapter 4, Section 4 - List Of Quantities, Provisioned Quantities, Respectively 1,218,679.00 Lei, But Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Amounts Provided On The Level Of The Financial Proposal Form Represent The Nominal Fixed Amount, Which Cannot Be Changed And Are Included In The Estimated Value Of The Contract. The Contract Consists Of The Period Of Execution Of The Works, Which Is 30 Months From The Order To Start The Works, To Which Is Added The Defect Notification Period/Warranty Period, Which Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Report To The Completion Of The Works.
