Arts-Facility Operation Services – Delegation Of Public Service In The Form Of Leasing (Service Concession) For The Purpose Of Operating The Château Rouge Cultural Center. This Consultation Concerns A Delegation Of Public Service In The Form Of Leasing (Service Concession), Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.1411-1 And R.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The Cgct, As Well As Article L.1121-3 And The Third Part Of The Ccp Having As Its Object The Operation Of The Château Rouge Cultural Center. This Public Service Delegation Thus Concerns One Of The Social Services Or Other Specific Services Within The Meaning Of Article R. 3126-1 Of The Ccp. The Château Rouge Cultural Center Includes: - A Large Modular Performance Hall (500 To 1,500 Seats Depending On The Configuration Chosen) With Its Technical Annexes; - A Concert Hall (Up To 700 People); - A Small Theater (180 Seats); - 4 Rehearsal Studios; - A Café-Concert Club (120 To 250 People); - Offices And Parking Spaces. As Part Of The Public Service Delegation, Part Of Villa Fantasia Is Also Made Available To The Delegatee, Particularly For The Accommodation Of Artists Performing And/Or In Residence.
