The City Of Loimaa Is Requesting Offers For Meal Transport For The Period (Target) 1 June 2026-31 May 2028. In Addition, There Is An Option In The Procurement To Extend The Procurement For The Period June 1, 2028-May 31, 2029. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Get A Reliable, Experienced And Environmental-Conscious Contractual Partner For Meal Transport. In Procurement, One Service Provider Is Selected. The Object Of The Procurement Is Loimaa Citys Meal Deliveries To The Citys Schools And Early Childhood Education Offices In Thermotransport Boxes. To Some Extent, Other Foodstuffs Are Also Transported From The Production Kitchen To The Offices. The Service Provider Picks Up The Meal Boxes From The Puistokatu Schools Kitchen Facilities (Puistokatu 16, 32200 Loimaa) And Delivers The Meal Boxes To The Premises Of The Offices Distribution Kitchens. Regarding The Locations, The Transports Apply To The Operating Days Of The Aforementioned Units. Meal Delivery Containers Are Returned To The Place Of Departure From The Offices. The Meal Delivery Service Must Also Operate In Disruption Situations And Exceptional Circumstances, Where The Operation Of Schools And Daycare Centers Is Maintained For As Long As Possible. Offers Must Be Given On A Delivery Basis, Where The Delivery Is The Order Of Delivery/Delivery Route. Tarjoja Defines The Distribution Routes Necessary For Service Production. Each Distribution Route Can Have A Varying Number Of Distribution Kitchens. The Content Of The Route Can Be Chosen By The Bidder, As Long As The Requirements And Conditions Stated In The Request For Bids Are Met. Distribution Routes Must Be Realistic And They Must Be Implemented In A Traffic-Safe Way. There Must Be At Least Two Distribution Routes.
