The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Delivery Of An Elemental Analyzer Station With Spectroscopic Detection For The Analysis Of Gaseous Elements (O, N And H) And Heavy Elements (C And S) For Nomaten Core To The Headquarters Of The National Center For Nuclear Research In Otwock-Świerk. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply (Understood As Purchase, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of Devices And Software) Of Elemental Analyzer Stations With Spectroscopic Detection For The Analysis Of Gaseous Elements (O, N And H) And Heavy Elements (C And S). The Station Includes Two Independent Analyzers With Software, Required Additional Equipment, Staff Training And The Provision Of Warranty And Service Services. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Volume Iii Swz (Opz) - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Also Specified In Volume Ii Swz (Ppu) - Designed Contractual Provisions. 4. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Without Reservations, Of The Subject Of The Order (Signing The Unconditional Final Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party, Without Reservations). 5. Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: Until May 31, 2026 For The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Complete Stand At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Volume Iii, On Dates Agreed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor.
