The Following Inextricably Linked Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: Activity 1: Granting The Right To Use The Integrated Electronic Environment For Evaluating Exam Papers And Providing System And Software Support For The Technical And Functional Operability Of The System For The Duration Of The Contract; Activity 2: Technical Provision, Monitoring, Control And Coordination Of The Technical Processing Of The Examination Works, Including Provision Of The Technical Resources Necessary For The Performance Of The Activity, A Team For System And Software Support Of The Process Of Processing Identification Forms And Declassification Of The Examination Materials; Activity 3: Summarizing The Results Of The Conducted Examination Sessions By Subjects And Preparing Individual, Aggregated And Complex References And Protocols For The Examination Results According To Various Criteria, As Well As For The Work Of The Evaluators By Subjects And Providing The Possibility To Visualize Checked Examination Papers. Activity 4: Training Of Assessors And Operators Performing The Technical Processing Of Examination Works, As Well As Monitoring, Control And Helpdesk (Help Center) Of Their Activities During The Assessment Process. The Listed Activities Refer To A Total Of 15 (Fifteen) Sessions - 6 (Six) Sessions Of State Matriculation Examinations (Smes) And 9 (Nine) Sessions Of National External Assessment (Sea), With The Largest Number Of Exam Papers For One Session Being 130,000 Pieces. The Estimated Number Of Evaluators And Technical Persons (Operators) Processing The Examination Works For The Period Of The Public Procurement, Together With The Foreseen Reserves, Will Be Up To 4,000 People For Each Individual Year, And The Same Will Be Determined By Orders Of The Minister Of Education And Science/Heads Of The Regional Administrations Of Education For The Relevant Academic Year And Will Necessarily Undergo A Training Course For Working With The System, Even If They Have Undergone One Earlier In Order To Reflect Normative And Organizational Changes.
