Construction Work – Realization Of Modular Homes Cornelis Evertsenstraat Phase 2. The Construction Work Will Be Further Specified In The Design Phase. For Information Purposes, The Vo With Drawings Is Attached In Appendix C. Evertsenstraat. The Project Includes Engineering Work Up To Implementation (Construction Team Phase) And Implementation Phase 2 (Execution Phase) Where A Ceiling Amount (Target Budget) Applies. The Contract Will Be Awarded In Phases. A Target Budget Of A Maximum Of €4,000,000 Excluding Vat Is Available (Construction Costs) For The Assignment Of 26 Homes. During The Construction Team Phase, Compensation Is Awarded For Work Performed.
