Electrical Domestic Appliances – Framework Agreement Relating To The Acquisition, Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of Household Equipment For Apartments In France Terre Dasile. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is The Acquisition, Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of Household Appliances For Apartments In France Terre Dasile. Pursuant To Articles L.2113-10, -11 And R.2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Public Contract Is Not Subject To Division Into Separate Lots. This Is A Single Contract Which Is Not Allocated Because Its Object Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. In Fact, The Public Contract Concerns Services Which Are Not Likely To Be The Subject Of Lots Since The Services Are Inseparable. This Public Contract Is Awarded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Setting Out All The Contractual Stipulations. It Will Be Executed Gradually By Issuing Purchase Orders In Accordance With Article L.2125-1° Of The Public Procurement Code. Under Article R2162-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Estimated At 640,000 Euros Excluding Tax For Its Total Duration, Renewals Included. The Maximum Annual Amount Of This Public Contract Is Estimated At 160,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
