Their main role is to enhance the organizations visibility, reputation, and engagement through strategic communication. Responsibilities And Main Duties: Coordinate and organize events (closing/graduation ceremony, seminar, exhibitions) Organize launching and graduation events, meetings and focus groups Represent the organization in meetings and working groups and negotiate potential collaborations Contact external agencies and media experts in case of media exposure Prepare written communication materials (emails, minutes of meetings, press releases) Coordinate with the audiovisual and other team members Post on Social media activities related to shareQ. Job Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Experience in NGOs or similar corporate services is a plus. Proven minimum of 3 years of experience in the field Competencies: Creative, ability to think outside the box, generate innovative ideas, and translate them into visually appealing designs Meticulous attention to detail Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Empathy and ability to work with marginalized communities. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic field environments.
