Subject Of The Order: Development Of Design Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1286R Ropczyce - Skrzyszów Along Sikorskiego Street In Ropczyce And In The Towns Of Ostrów And Skrzyszów - Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Pedestrian Road On The Section Of Sikorskiego Street In Ropczyce With A Connection To The Existing Infrastructure Along The Provincial Road No. 986 Tushima – Ropczyce – Wiśniowa, To The Existing Pedestrian Road On The Border Of The Towns Of Ropczyce And Ostrów, With A Length Of Approximately 318 Meters, Then In The Town Of Ostrów And In The Town Of Skrzyszów, On Sections Of The Missing Pedestrian Infrastructure, With Lengths Of Approximately 335 Meters And Approximately 824 Meters. The Scope Of The Study Should Also Include A Road Reconstruction Project With Strengthening Of The Road Structure To A Load-Bearing Capacity Of 115 Kn With Widening To 6.0 M. In Places Where The Width Of The Road Strip Is Insufficient To Locate A Sidewalk Next To The Road Along With Other Necessary Elements, It Is Required To Prepare Documentation In The Form Of The Zrid Special Road Act, While In Sections Where The Road Strip Is Wide Enough, The Ordering Party Allows The Preparation Of Documentation In The Mode Of Notification Of The Intention To Start Construction Works That Do Not Require A Permit. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Making An In-Depth Analysis Of The Width Of The Road And Estimating The Necessary Number Of Plots Subject To Division Under The Zrid Decision And The Required Zrid Scope. At Least One Of The Plots Must Be Divided In Accordance With The Zrid Decision. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A Conceptual Design For Verification And Approval Of The Proposed Design Solutions After Developing A Map For Design Purposes. Upon Payment Of The Remuneration, The Proprietary Rights To Specific Elements Of The Order Are Transferred To The Ordering Party. From The Moment Of Payment Of The Remuneration, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Use The Copyrights In All Known Fields Of Exploitation.
