Tenders Are Invited For Current Maintenance Of District Roads In The Karkonosze District In 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Planned For 2026 As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of District Roads In The Karkonosze District, Including In Particular: 1) Surface Works (Including Roads, Sidewalks, Hardened Roadsides); 2) Earthworks (Excavations, Embankments, Ditches, Dirt Roadsides And Others); 3) Road Drainage Devices (Culverts, Sewers, Wells, Drains, Sewage, Manholes, Street Inlets And Other Devices); 4) Balustrades And Handrails, Barrier-Handrails, Segment Fences, Protective Barriers; 5) Maintaining Roadside Greenery (Maintenance Treatments, Deadwood, Sanitary Cutting). 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain 24-Hour Duty So That In The Event Of A Failure In The Afternoon And At Night And On Days Off, It Can Repair Or Secure The Site Of The Failure. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference (Swz): 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz; 2) Map Of District Roads In The Karkonosze District - Annex No. 6 To Swz; 3) List Of District Roads In The Karkonosze District - Annex No. 7 To Swz; 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 5) Estimated Amount Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Ongoing Maintenance Of District Roads In The Karkonosze District In 2026 - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. Works Performed Under The Subject Order Will Be Carried Out In The Following Time Modes: 1) Normal - Within A Maximum Of 3 (Three) Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Ordering Partys Telephone Notification; 2) Emergency - Within A Maximum Of 2 (Two) Hours From The Moment Of Receiving A Telephone Notification From The Ordering Party. 5. Carrying Out The Works In A Normal Manner Includes The Contractors Commencement Of The Task Ordered By The Ordering Party, Including The Elimination Of Failures And Damages. 6. Implementation Of Works In Emergency Mode Includes The Implementation Of Security Measures And Marking Of Failures And Threats Reported By The Ordering Party. 7. The Deadline For The Contractor To Commence The Execution Of A Given Order In The Normal Mode (Section 4 Point 1) Is One Of The Scoring Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers, Hence The Contractor May Shorten The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section Xxvi Of The Swz. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Mark The Commissioned Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Regulation (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 784). 9. Telephone Reporting Referred To In Section 4, Will Then Be Confirmed By The Ordering Party With An Order Submitted To The Contractor In Writing Or Electronically. 10.
