The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation In The Design And Build Formula Of An Investment Task Called: Skatepark For Youth - Finally In Niedźwiednik, Stage I - Implemented Under The Citizens Budget 2022 In Gdańsk. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Create Conditions For Active Recreation For Children And Youth By Building A Skatepark On Niedźwiednik In The Brętowo District Of Gdańsk, Which Will Be A Continuation Of Activities Aimed At Providing New Recreational Spaces For City Residents. The User Of The Facility Will Be The Gdańsk Sports Center. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Skate Park With An Area Of ​​Up To 110 M2 With The Necessary Infrastructure (Including Access, Street Furniture), Located In Gdańsk On Plot No. 75/100, Precinct 028 Brętowo. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance: Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Specifying The Schedule Of Design Works, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements And Permits Enabling The Implementation Of Works For Stage I Of The Task Only To The Extent Indicated In Annex No. 2.1 To The Description Of The Object Of The Order - Scope Of Implementation Of The Skate Park. 2) 2Nd Subject Of Acceptance: Comprehensive Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation Performed As Part Of The First Acceptance Item.3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period Granted By The Contractor For The Completed Construction Works.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction And To Obtain A Certificate Of No Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Or To Provide Proof Of The Expiry Of The Deadline For Raising An Objection By The Construction Supervision Authority To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Conditions Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Together With Annexes To The Opz, Including The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz, And In The Scope Of Implementation Of The Skate Park, Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Opz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
