1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 29 Sets Of Computer Equipment, Including: A Desktop Computer, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Power Strip And Office Software. The Equipment Will Be Delivered To The Zs Ckr In Sichów Duży. The Technical Requirements Are Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Attached To Swz.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete, Meeting The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations, Free From Any Physical Defects As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Third Party Claims And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes An Indication Of Trademarks Or Origin, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only A Definition Of Minimum Parameters And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Features The Materials Or Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. The Ordering Party Allows The Order To Be Completed By Using Equivalent Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Materials Or Devices Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous Registers Information About Its Beneficial Owners In The Central Register Of Beneficial Owners, If It Is Obliged To Do So Under Applicable Regulations. The Ordering Party Will Require Such A Contractor, After Concluding The Contract, To Submit An Appropriate Declaration In This Respect. The Ordering Party Provides, Together With The Swz, All Documentation Necessary To Complete The Order, Therefore It Is Not Possible Or Necessary For The Contractor To Check It At The Ordering Partys Office. 9. Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Min. 24 Months And Max. 48 Months. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Confirmed By The Final Acceptance Protocol.
