Tenders Are Invited For Providing Permanent, Ongoing Legal Services For The Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. In Krakow

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent, Ongoing Legal Services To The Ordering Party For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Possibility Of Renewing The Contract For A Period Of Up To 12 Months, With The Consent Of The Parties.2. The Scope Of Services Will Include In Particular: A) Providing Consultations And Providing Legal Advice To The Ordering Party, To Which The Provisions Of: Civil Law, Labor Law, Economic Law, Public Procurement Law, Administrative Law And Related Case Law And Eu Law Apply, With Particular Emphasis On The Principles Of Implementing Projects Financed From Public Funds, As Well As Guidelines Regarding These Projects; B) Giving Opinions On The Ordering Partys Documents, Including: External Correspondence Of A Legal Nature, Contracts, Agreements, Statements Of The Ordering Party Etc.;C) Issuing Legal Opinions And Other Studies Regarding The Ordering Partys Activities, Including Those Related To The Expenditure Of Public Funds, The Ordering Partys Internal Regulations And The Interpretation Of Applicable Law;D) Preparing Draft Documents Indicated Above In Letters A) To C);E) Checking And Assessing The Correctness Of The Ordering Partys Activities In Formal And Legal Terms, Including Consultancy Related To Public Procurement Law, Including Representing The Ordering Party And Participating In Proceedings Before The National Appeals Chamber;F) Other Minor Tasks In The Field Of Ongoing Legal Services Commissioned By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract.3. The Services Will Generally Be Provided Remotely (Using Means Of Direct Distance Communication), Provided That: A) The Person Indicated By The Contractor As Coordinator Will Be On Duty At The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Least 1 (One) Time A Week On Business Days (Monday To Friday) For At Least 6 (Six) Hours, In Order To Ensure Availability For The Ordering Partys Employees; In Justified Cases, With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, Another Person Indicated On The List Of Persons May Be On Duty; B) The Person Indicated On The List Of Persons Will Also Be On Duty More Often Or At Other Times - At The Request Of The Ordering Party - If The Nature Of The Matters So Requires, Of Which The Contractor Will Be Informed Each Time By The Ordering Party.4. Estimated Monthly Time To Provide Services: 160 Hours Per Month. The Indicated Time Is An Estimated Time For Calculating The Offer And Includes All Activities Covered By The Scope Of The Order.5. Duration Of The Contract: A) The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Its Conclusion. B) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Renewing The Contract For A Period Of Up To 12 Months, With The Consent Of The Parties.
