1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Periodic Inspections And Maintenance Activities As Well As Repairs Of Devices Of The Fire Alarm System, Smoke Removal Installations, Sound Warning System (Dso) And A Crane For The Fire Brigade In The Facilities Of The University Of Silesia. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Inspection And Maintenance Activities Of The Ssp (Fire Alarm System), Including: Control Panels, Detectors, Rop Fire Warning Devices, Acoustic Alarms, Etc.), B) Inspection And Maintenance Activities Of The System Smoke Removal Control Panels (So) Including Smoke Removal Control Panels, Detectors, Flaps, Windows (Smoke Removal And Air Supply), Smoke Removal Buttons, Manual Ventilation Buttons, Etc., C) Inspection And Maintenance Activities Of The Dso (Voice Warning System) Including Rack Cabinets, Loudspeakers, Amplifiers, Microphones, Etc., D) Inspection And Maintenance Of A Crane For The Fire Brigade, E) Making Entries In The Operation Book Of Fire Alarm Installations And Fire Protection Devices And Preparing Inspection Protocol, F) Removal Of Faults In The Fire Protection Installation. Arising As A Result Of Unforeseen Events (E.G. Activation Of An Alarm Due To A Failure Of The Control Panel, Detector, Etc.).3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Is Specified In Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Which Document Together With The Contract Template Should Be Considered Together.4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed By Personnel With Appropriate Knowledge And Authorizations, I.E. Certificates Of Completion Of Training, Courses, Certificates, Etc. To Perform Service And Maintenance Work On Siemens, Aritech Devices, Integral, Sagitta, Honeywell, D+H, Awex, Protec, Bosch, Paudio, Polon Alfa And Schrack Being The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The Above-Mentioned. Documents At Each Request Of The Ordering Party After Concluding The Contract.5) Deadline For Order Completion: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months Or Until The Amount Allocated By The Ordering Party To Finance The Contract In Question Is Exhausted, If It Is Exhausted Before The Expiry Of The Contract.6) A Detailed List Of Equipment And Facilities Covered By This Procedure Is Included In Annex No. 2B To Swz.7) Required Minimum Warranty Period For Repair Works Performed: 6 Months From The Date Of Confirmed Receipt Protocol. The Contractor May Extend The Warranty For The Repair Work Performed In Relation To The Required Minimum Period Indicated Above. The Offer Providing For The Extension Of The Warranty Will Receive Points In The Evaluation Of Offers Using The Criterion For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer.8) Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Replaced Parts And Devices: At Least One Year Warranty From The Moment Of Their Installation, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.9) Required Maximum Service Response Time (Calculated Fr
