Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Appraisal Reports

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Appraisal Reports Determining The Value Of Residential Premises, Residential Buildings With Only One Residential Premises (Residential House), Premises Intended For Commercial Purposes, Including Real Estate With A Commercial Building In Which There Is One Commercial Premises Occupied Entirely By The Tenant, And Garages, Which Are The Subject Of Separate Ownership, Including The Premises Together With An Adjacent Room Within The Meaning Of The Act On The Ownership Of Premises And A Share In Common Real Estate, Located On In The City Of Ruda Śląska For The Purpose Of Sale Without A Tender, Including To The Existing Tenants And By Way Of A Tender. The Estimated Number Of Surveys To Be Performed During The Term Of The Contract Is 80 Pieces. This Number May Change (Decrease Or Increase) Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party Up To The Amount Of Financial Resources Available For This Purpose Indicated In §6 Section 2 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Order No Less Than 25 Reports.
