Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled Przystań Zdrowia - Creation And Launch Of The Community Mental Health Center, As Part Of The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program

The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For The Construction Of A New Service Facility Along With Land Development And The Demolition Of Two Non-Residential Buildings. The Scope Of Documentation Development Includes: A) Architectural Concept; B) Architectural And Construction Design Together With Obtaining A Building Permit; C) Implementing Technical Designs - The Scope Of The Project Will Include, Among Others: Industries: Architecture And Construction, Electricity, Water And Sewage, Gas, Telecommunications, Alarm, Fire Protection, Heating, Air Conditioning And Ventilation, Including Energy Recovery And Savings In Operating Costs (Electricity And Water Consumption) And Land Development; D) Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities For All Industries; E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Mental Health Center Building Is To Be Built In A System Of Prefabricated Spatial Modules, Taking Into Account Accelerated Assembly Technology, After The Demolition Of Two Non-Residential Buildings. The Building Should Be Designed Using The Natural Terrain And Surrounding Greenery. It Is To Meet The Highest Aesthetic Standards And Be Energy-Efficient, Natural, Modern Materials Should Be Used, E.G. Glass, Façade Panels, Wood, And High-Quality Solutions For User Comfort And Full Accessibility. The Task Does Not Include The Use Of Additional, Pro-Ecological Technologies, Such As Photovoltaic Installations, Heat Pumps Or Rainwater Management Systems.
