Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Field Of Postal Items And Parcels And Their Possible Returns To The Inowrocław Commune Office.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Parcels As Well As The Return Of Registered And Unregistered Items To The Sender After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Release To The Recipient.2. The Service Will Be Provided Every Day On Business Days. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Postal Items Addressed To Him To The Ordering Party 5 Days A Week, From Monday To Friday (Except Public Holidays) And Undertakes To Collect Ordered Parcels Prepared For Dispatch From The Ordering Partys Office Once A Day From 1:30 P.M. To 2:00 P.M. The Expected Scope And Quantity Of A Specific Type Of Postal Services Were Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Types And Quantities Of Individual Shipment Items Specified In The Price Form Provided By The Ordering Party Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves: 1) The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of A Specific Type Of Postal Services; 2) The Possibility Of Ordering Other Shipments Not Covered By The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Not Specified In The Price Form Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract. The Use Of This Right By The Ordering Party Does Not Mean A Change In The Subject Of The Order And Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims For The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Collect Postal/Courier Shipments From The Ordering Party, I.E. From Ul. Królowej Jadwigi 43, 88-100 Inowrocław (Room No. 1 Ground Floor); 2) Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Parcels On Its Own, And If Delivery Is Impossible, Returning Them; 3) Collecting The Parcels By An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor And Presenting The Appropriate Authorization To The Ordering Party. Postal Items Received By The Contractor (Authorized Representative) From The Ordering Party Will Be Ordered According To Type Category, And The Items Will Be Registered According To The List Of Registered Letters. Parcels Received By The Contractor Will Each Time Be Documented In The Consignment Book With A Stamp, Signature And Date (For Registered Parcels) And On A Quantitative Summary By Type Category (For Ordinary Parcels); 4) Collecting Courier Parcels Weighing Up To 30 Kg; 5) Providing The Ordering Party (After Delivery) With A Return Form Confirming Receipt Of The Parcel With The Date Of Its Receipt By The Addressee And A Legible Signature Containing His Name And Surname And A Postmark. If The Shipment Has Not Been Delivered Despite Two Notifications, The Contractor Returns The Shipment To The Ordering Party, Stating The Reason For The Non-Delivery; 6) Honoring And Handling The Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt Constituting Confirmation Of Delivery And Receipt Of The Shipment In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure (Consolidate
