And No. 6 And 7 To The Swz, I.E.: Offer Form With Price Specifications And Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Quality Standards And Type And Weight Specification. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Lots. Justification: The Decision Was Made Not To Divide The Order Into Parts, Taking Into Account The Need To Ensure Due Diligence In The Provision Of Water And Dry Cleaning Services And The Safety Of The Entrusted Property. This Decision Is Justified By The Following Considerations: Technological Complexity And Uniformity Of Responsibility: The Subject Of The Order Includes Products Requiring Various Maintenance Technologies (Water Cleaning For Underwear And Bedding, And Dry Cleaning For Uniforms And Specialized Clothing). Entrusting These Services To One Contractor Allows The Entire Property To Be Covered By A Uniform Quality And Logistics Control Procedure. Division Into Parts Could Lead To Competence Disputes And Difficulties In Determining Responsibility For Possible Damage To The Assortment (E.G. In The Event Of Incorrect Classification Of Clothes For The Wrong Type Of Washing By One Of Many Contractors). Risk Of Logistic Paralysis: The Service Requires Periodic Pickups And Deliveries From The Ordering Partys Premises. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Several Contractors At The Same Time And Place Would Generate Excessive Organizational Difficulties, Could Lead To Schedule Clashes And Introduce Chaos In The Records Of Issued And Received Property (Wz/Pz Documents). One Contractor Guarantees Transparency Of Product Circulation And Consistency Of Reporting. Economic And Organizational Efficiency: Execution Of The Order By One Entity Allows For The Optimization Of Transport And Contract Management Costs. From The Ordering Partys Point Of View, Division Into Smaller Packages Would Increase Administrative Costs Related To The Supervision Of Many Contracts, Without Guaranteeing Obtaining More Favorable Unit Prices Due To The Fragmentation Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For All Required Service Items Listed In Annex 1.1. To The Swz.
