1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Rinsing Water Recovery Station At The Facility Of Aqua-Tur Sp. Z O. O. In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) And With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Hereinafter Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Complete, Fully Automated Rinsing Water Recovery Station, Intended For The Treatment Of Water From Rinsing Filters Located In The Technological Circuits Of The Swimming Pool Facility.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order Using New Materials With Approvals, Certificates And/Or Certificates Of Conformity, Declaration Of Conformity Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval.3. The Contractor Guarantees That The Devices Being The Subject Of The Order Are Original, Brand New, Of Appropriate Quality, Functional, Free From Any Physical Defects As Well As From Any Legal Defects.4. The Contractor Will Perform Assembly Works And Launch Of The Water Recovery Station Outside The Swimming Pool Opening Hours, With The Exception Of Works Whose Implementation Technology Requires Closing The Pool.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Have And Maintain, Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract, Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than The Gross Value Of The Contract. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Third Party Liability Insurance Policy Before Concluding The Contract. 6. The Investment Is Co-Financed By Wfośigw (Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Szczecin - Hereinafter Referred To As Wfośigw In Szczecin), Task Titled: Minimizing Energy And Water Consumption In Aqua-Tur Sp. Z O. O. In Szczecinek By Installing A Rinsing Water Recovery System And Replacing Lighting.7. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Articles), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.8. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In Swz.9.
