The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation, Test, Documentation And Delivery Of Hepa Filters As Part Of The Purchase Of Air Supply Devices (Pumps, Purifiers), Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2. The Requirements And Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract (The Subject Matter Of Evidence). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Clarification Of The Content Of Annex 1 To The Swz. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Meet The Described Requirements. 4. 5. Before Submitting The Offer, An On-Site Visit Is Required At The Contractors Expense In Order To Estimate The Costs And Risks On His Own Responsibility And Obtain All Data That May Be Necessary When Preparing The Offer. Together With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Declaration On The On-Site Visit Under Penalty Of Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
