1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Mineral And Asphalt Mass For The Purpose Of Performing Partial Hot Renovations, The Expected Quantity Is 500 Tons.2. The Payment For The Tests Is Borne By The Ordering Party If The Tested Material Sample Meets The Quality Requirements Described In This Tor. If Even One Of The Requirements Is Not Met, The Contractor Will Be Charged The Fee For Laboratory Tests. The Contractor Will Not Receive Payment For Purchased Mineral-Asphalt Mass That Does Not Meet The Quality Requirements.
