The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Universal Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items For The District Labor Office In Wrocław And Their Possible Returns, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended).2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Following Code And Name Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 64110000-0 Postal Services.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz).4. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Specified In Swz.5. The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Of At Least 70% Of Persons Involved In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Contractors Postal Outlets Directly Serving The Ordering Party In The Following Scope: 1) Accepting, Verifying And Confirming The Acceptance Of Correspondence For Circulation Postal, 2) Supervision, Settlement And Collection Of The Work Of Deliverers/Postmen.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, No Later Than 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, A Statement Confirming The Employment Of The Persons Referred To In Section. 5, Based On An Employment Contract.
