1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Ul. Ciświca In Jarocin As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Ul. Zakrzewska And Ul. Ciświca In Jarocin. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Regarding Authors Supervision Over The Developed Documentation.1.1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Carrying Out A Site Visit, 2) Developing And Agreeing On The Final Design Concept With The Ordering Party (Based On The Preliminary Illustrative Concept Attached To The Tender Procedure), 3) Preparing Design Documentation Based On The Agreed Concept, In Particular A Construction Design Consisting Of: A) Land Development Design, B) Architectural And Construction Design, C) Technical Designs, Together With Obtaining Legally Required Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Documents Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement, 4) Obtaining For The Ordering Party All Necessary Opinions, Permits, Arrangements, Certificates And Decisions Allowing The Ordering Party To Carry Out Construction Works. This Should Be Understood Primarily As Obtaining A Certificate Of The Lack Of Grounds For Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit (Made In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law) Or A Decision On A Building Permit Obtained On The Basis Of The Said Act (If The Task Will Not Be Possible To Implement On The Basis Of The Notification), 5) Preparation Of An Executive Design (If The Detail Of The Technical Design Is Insufficient). The Ordering Party Accepts The Preparation Of A Technical Design With Extended Detail Enabling Efficient Implementation Of The Road Reconstruction, 6) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities For Each Industry Separately, 7) Preparation Of An Investor And Offer Cost Estimate (Zero - Blind) Divided Into Industries, 8) Preparation Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), 9) Execution Of The Scope Not Listed Above And Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement And Resulting From The Applicable Regulations To The Extent Enabling The Award Of Public Procurement In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law And Thus The Conduct Of Construction Works By The Ordering Party, 10) If, In Order To Develop The Design Documentation, It Is Necessary To Perform Additional Studies, Calculations Or Make Additional Arrangements Not Listed In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And Its Annexes, The Contractor Will Perform Them Under This Agreement, 11) Transfer Of The Copyrights To The Documentation, Including All The Produced And Obtained Documents Refer
