The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Postal And Courier Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Poviat Office In Zakopane In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Letter Items And Parcels As Well As Possible Returns Of Undelivered Items, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended). 2. The Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Manner Of Providing The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz], Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, [Hereinafter Referred To As Pu], Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
