Construction Works In The Field Of 230/400 V Electrical Installations, Telecommunications Installations, Installation Of Accessories And End Devices In Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Services On The Ground Floor And Internal Power Lines Between Them, Located In Łódź At Ul. Włókiennicza 1, In Accordance With The Design Documentation: Reconstruction, Extension, Superstructure And Partial Change Of Use Of Existing Residential Buildings, Together With Land Development And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, On The Property At Ul. Włókiennicza 1 In Łódź. Basic And Emergency Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of The Main Distribution Point And Internet Sockets, Installation Of Rtv-Sat Antenna System Devices, Installation Of Intercom System Devices, Installation Of Smoke Extraction System Devices, Installation Of Lightning Protection Installations, Installation Of Heating Installations For Downpipes And Gutters. External Installations Between Buildings - 230/400 V Power Supply For Building B And Telecommunication Sewage System, Lighting Of The Internal Courtyard Area.4. In The Annex Building (B), With A Traditional Structure And In The Reinforced Concrete Part, The Following Works Are Planned: Construction Of Installations, Cable Routes And Installation Of 230/400 V Installation Equipment, Terminal Devices And Basic And Emergency Lighting Fixtures (Without Central Heating Node), Construction Of Telecommunications Installation And Installation Of The Main Distribution Point And Internet Sockets, Construction Of Installation And Installation Of Rtv-Sat Antenna System Devices, Construction Of Installation Of Intercom System Devices, Installation And Assembly Of Smoke Exhaust System Devices, Installation And Assembly Of Call System Devices, Installation Of Earthing And Lightning Protection Installations, Installation Of Heating Installations For Downpipes And Gutters. 5. The Works Will Be Partially Settled With Monthly As-Built Cost Estimates, Within The Scope Agreed With The Ordering Party Works. A Break In The Work Is Possible After Part Of It Has Been Completed. 6. The Works Should Be Performed By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, Supervised By The Contractors Electrical Works Manager, And Completed With Measurements Confirming The Correctness Of Execution; The Materials And Elements Used Must Be Approved For Sale And Have Documents Confirming Their Properties On The Property In Both Buildings And In The External Area. 8. The Ordering Party Will Indicate A Room For Storing Materials And Equipment. 9. There Is A Washroom, A Portable Toilet, Water And Electricity On The Construction Site. 10. The Yard Area Is Video Monitored.
