The Municipality Has Ambitions For All Water Meters To Be Replaced Within The Agreed Period. The Client Has The Option To Purchase Software For Receiving And Analyzing Data Associated With Leak Detection. A Complete Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Requirements Specification. The Client Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With A Supplier.
