Tenders Are Invited For Organizational Advice

Leiden University Is Running An Organization Development Program That Aims To Make The University Agile For Innovation And Challenges In The Future. The Program Is In The Phase Of Developing A Vision On Services Within The University. This Phase (Vision On Services) Is Not Part Of The Current European Tender, But Is Relevant As A Context For The Lots Of This Tender. In Line With The Vision On Services, The University Wants To Design And Set Up A New Organizational Chart For Services At A Central Level And Develop The Relationship With The Faculties In A Renewed Management And Governance Model. The Organizational Advice For These Activities And Results Falls Within Lot A Of The European Tender. In Addition To The Above University-Wide Initiatives, Various Organizational Units Have Budget Cuts That Require Organizational Change. Advice And Guidance On These Organizational Change Processes Within The Organizational Units Falls Within Parcel B Of The European Tender.
