This Rfq Is Intended To Provide Bidder(S) With Information Such That The Pricing Included In Any Proposal Will Accurately Reflect The Requirements Of Ecsd With Respect To:•Description And Requirements Of The Proposal Preparation And Submission Process;•Ecsds Evaluation Criteria And Method In Reviewing Bids; •Key Dates Related To This Rfq; •How Ecsd Will Compensate The Selected Bidder For Goods;•Other Instructions/Requirements For Quotations Submitted In Response To The Rfq.
