The Municipality Of Sodankylä Requests Bids For The Demolition Of The E-Building Of Tähtikuntana School As A Complete Contract In Accordance With The Attached Demolition Work Plan, Including All The Document Preparation, Work And Proper Handling Of Demolition Waste Mentioned Therein. The Municipality Of Sodankylä Maps The Beneficial Use Of Concrete And Brick Waste In Its Own Sites, But Does Not Commit To Accepting Demolition Waste, But The Beneficial Use And The Changes It Causes To The Costs Of This Contract (Additional Work/Reimbursement) Are Negotiated On A Case-By-Case Basis. 2100M2 The Dimensions Or Estimates Presented In The Request For Tender Or Its Attachments Are Not Check Measurements And Do Not Bind The Customer, But The Contractor Must Carry Out The Necessary Measurements/Estimates Before Submitting The Request For Tender. Demolition Must Be Carried Out So That The Object Has Been Completely Demolished And The Trench Created By The Demolition Has Been Filled And Leveled By 31 October 2025. The Work Must Start No Later Than July 1, 2025. The Delay Penalty Differs From Yse And Is Detailed In Appendix 5 Of The Request For Tenders. The Tenderer Must Note That The Building To Be Demolished Has Been Placed In A Cold Place And Has No Connections In Use. Community Technical Trunk Lines/Connection Lines Must Be Dismantled:- District Heating, Water, Sewage, Electricity And Fiber Lines Must Be Dismantled Up To The Trunk Line. All Yard Installations (Lighting, Asphalt, Etc.) Must Also Be Removed. The Overall Contract Must Include These Demolition Costs In Their Entirety. Cable Screens Must Also Be Taken Before Starting The Excavation Work And Ordering Them Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Bidder Must Note That The Site Area Must Be Isolated With Steel Fences (Wooden Fences, Flag Lines, Etc. Are Not Sufficient). The Contractor Must Pay Special Attention To The Cleanliness, Noise, Dust Control And Safety Of The Construction Site, Because There Are School Buildings In Use And A Central Kitchen In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Site. Demolition Work Must Not Cause Disruption To Other Activities In The Area. The Site Has A Valid Demolition Permit And The Contractor Must Follow The Working Methods And Conditions Presented In The Demolition Permit Application And Permit. The Contractor Must Supplement The Permit With Regard To The Waste Management Plan And The Contractor Is Obliged To Fill Out The Crab Report. The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Object With The Customers Representative.
