The Object Of The Joint Procurement By The Urban Environment Department Of The City Of Kerava And Keravan Energia Oy Is The Asphalt Paving Works To Be Performed In The Area Of ​​The City Of Kerava In 2026, And As An Option In 2027, As A Unit-Priced Total Contract In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Contract Includes Asphalt Pavements, Milling Works, Pavement Repairs, Patching Works And Other Works Specified By The Customer, Such As The Performance Of Preparatory And Special Works In Accordance With The Unit Prices Given In The Offer. The Tenderer Must Offer Each Target Group (Asphalt Pavements, Milling Works, Special Works, Pavement Repairs). All Items Within The Target Group Must Be Offered. The Comparative Quantities Are Estimated Based On The Previous Years Procurement Quantities, And Do Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. Realized Procurement Quantities Can Be Either Smaller Or Larger. A Decrease Or Increase In The Amount Of Work For The Contract From The Estimated Amount Of Work Given In The List Of Unit Prices Does Not Entitle The Unit Prices Of The Contract To Be Changed (Exception Yse 98 § 45). In Procurement, The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For The Overall Economic Advantage. The Bidder With The Lowest Bid Will Be Selected As The Contractor. The Contract Period Is 1 May 2026 To 15 December 2026 And For The Option Year 1 May 2027 To 15 December 2027. The City Of Kerava Makes The Procurement Decision On Behalf Of Both Procurement Units.
