Under The Terms Of This Contract, The Contractor Must Carry Out Separate Road Marking Works For Other Units And Companies Of The City Group In The City Area, Which Are Not Specifically Mentioned In The Tender Request. The Contract Will Be Settled With The Reference Price For The Years 2026 And 2027. The Given Unit Prices Are Also Valid In 2027 And Do Not Include Possible Index Increases. The Customer Reserves The Right To Purchase The 2027 Works As An Option. The Subscriber Will Notify The Use Of The Option By The End Of December 2026 At The Latest.
