The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Complete Contract, Which Includes Cooling (Not Heating) Air Heat Pumps (Hereafter Product Or Device) In Place, Tested And Installed In Working Condition At The Following Locations Indicated By The Customer: - Käpymetsä Daycare Center, Rajajääkärinkatu 5, 96100 Rovaniemi - Napapiirin Daycare Center, Kairankuja 4, 96900 Rovaniemi - Poropolu Daycare Center, Poropolku 8, 96400 Rovaniemi - Päiväkoti Väinämöinen, Perähuhdantie1, 96300 Rovaniemi The Quantities, Placements, Technical Data And Colors Of The Outdoor And Indoor Units Are Indicated In The Floor Plans. The Offer Must Include All Necessary Equipment And Related Accessories, Installation And Commissioning. The Contents Of The Delivery And The Offered Price Also Include - Hauling - Transfers - Storage - Personal Lifts Required By The Installation Work - On-Site Instruction, In Which The Users Of The Property And The Property Manager Participate. The Customer Makes The Necessary Penetration Drilling And Sealing. The Customer Handles The Power Supply To The Outdoor Units, As Well As The Condensation Drains Outside (110 Mm) Marked In The Pictures And The Accompanying Cables Marked On Them. The Work Is Done During The Buildings Normal Operating Hours (Daycare Activities), When The Contractors Resources Are Committed To Work Planning And Pacing. The Work Must Start No Later Than April 1, 2026. The Contract Must Be Fully Completed And Handed Over To The Customer No Later Than 31/05/2026. If The Option Is Exercised, Work On The Option Item Must Begin On 1/8/2026 And The Contract Must Be Fully Completed And Handed Over To The Customer No Later Than 31/8/2026. The Contract Constitutes A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer.
