The Länsi-Uusimaa Welfare Region Acquires A Cbrne Cleaning Container For Use By The Länsi-Uusimaa Rescue Service. The Purchasable Cleaning Container Is Used In Accident And Threat Situations Where Chemical Or Biological Substances, Radiation, Nuclear Substances Or Explosives May Be Present. In The Cleaning Container, Rescue Personnel Or Accident Victims Exposed To Chemicals Are Washed At The Scene Of The Accident/In Field Conditions. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Improve The Operational Readiness Of The Rescue Service Of Western Uusimaa, To Improve The Work Safety Of Rescue And First Aid Personnel In The Aforementioned Accident And Threat Situations, And To Enable The Washing Of Accident Victims Who Have Been Exposed To Chemicals. The Cleaning Container To Be Procured Must Include - Heat-Insulated Metal-Framed Container With A Door - Electrical System - Hot Water System - Compressed Air Breathing System - Heating System - Waste Water Collection System - Container Ventilation System. The Cleaning Container Provided Must Be Simple And Reliable And Withstands Finlands Fluctuating Climate Conditions, Vibration And Hard Year-Round Use. It Must Work For At Least 4 Hours At A Time In All Conditions Of Southern Finland. The Service Life Must Be At Least 15 Years. The Cleaning Container Must Be Installed On Top Of The Transfer Pallet Rails. The Cleaning Container To Be Purchased Is Part Of The Cleaning Line Required For Field Conditions. Rescue Personnel Or Accident Victims Exposed To Chemicals Are Washed In The Cleaning Container. If Necessary, A Tent Can Be Connected To The Cleaning Line In Front Of And Behind The Cleaning Container. The Tent Attached To The Front Served As A Space Where The Exposed Person Undresses Or Undresses Before Moving To The Washing Container.
