Design, Construction And Delivery Of A Boat With An Electric Motor, Related To The Implementation Of The Work Package Instruments For Monitoring, Prevention And Response To River Pollution, Project Romanian-Bulgarian Cooperation For Green Fit Danube System - Green Fit For Danube, Approved For Implementation Under Program Priority (Po2) Greener Region, Specific Objective (So 2.7) Increasing The Protection Of Nature, Biodiversity And Green Infrastructure, Including In Urban Areas, And Reducing All Forms Of Pollution Of The Interreg Vi-A Romania - Bulgaria 2021 - 2027 Program. Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Deliver A Vessel With A Hybrid Propulsion System, Including Electric And Emergency Gasoline Outboard Engines, Which Includes The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of Design And Technical Documentation By The Contractor; 2) Acceptance And Coordination Of The Technical Project, According To The Current Regulations Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, By The Contracting Authority, And At The Discretion Of The Contractor And If Required By Law, The Technical Documentation Is Coordinated And Approved, According To Competence, With Other State And/Or Municipal Bodies And Institutions. 3) Construction Of The Vessel; 4) Delivery Of The Fully Equipped Vessel In The Water Area Of ​​Berth No. 1 In The Port Of Ruse And Its Acceptance, According To The Current Regulations Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, By The Contracting Authority, And At The Discretion Of The Contractor, Agreeing And Approving, According To Competence, With Other State And/Or Municipal Bodies And Institutions;; 5) Conducting Sea Trials In The Water Area Of ​​Rousse Port; 6) Final Handover To The Contracting Authority And Registration In The Registers Of The Ruse River Supervision Directorate; 7) Conducting Training According To The Program And Schedule Previously Approved By The Contracting Authority; 8) Provision By The Contractor Of The Documentation Of The Vessel In Bulgarian; 9) Repair Of Defects Within The Warranty Period. ​​​​​​​
