The Municipality Of Ruse Has An Investment Intention To Provide A New Transport Connection Between Filip Stanislavov Street And Shipka Street By Implementing Their Extensions. At The Moment, The Connection Between The Two Streets Is Via Izgrev Street, Which Consists Of One Lane For Traffic, One Lane For Traffic In Each Direction, And Its Width Is Approximately 7.00 M, Which Is Extremely Insufficient Considering The Increased Traffic Of Passenger Cars. Public Transport Vehicles Are Also Moving Along Izgrev Street. By Implementing The New Sections On Filip Stanislavov Street And Shipka Street, Safer And More Comfortable Movement Of Road Users Will Be Ensured. The Investment Intention Envisages The Construction Of A Street Section From Axis Point (Ot) 9324 Through Ot 3652 To Ot 9303. According To The General Development Plan, Shipka Street (Ot 9303 To Ot 3652) Is A Third Class Iiib Street (2+2), And Filip Stanislavov Street Is Iv Class (2+1). In Order To Improve The Homogeneity Of The Section, A Street With Two Traffic Lanes In Each Direction Should Be Implemented, With A Roadway Width Of 14.00 M And Sidewalk Areas Of Different Widths In Accordance With The Approved Street Regulation Plan. At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Has Not Provided Financing For Its Implementation. The Contract Is Concluded Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
